Matt Regan
Managing Director
Matt has worked in the planning and development industry for over 17 years, starting his career at Knight Frank in the residential development team and becoming a Member of the RICS. He was subsequently headhunted by Barratt Homes to source and manage a number of major strategic projects and after significant successes he was approached by a national land promoter to become Director for the South West.
Matt's ambition led to the establishment of M7 Planning in 2018 to promote and invest in strategic land and to capitalise on years of building strong relationships with landowners, housing associations, SME developers and investors. The rapid growth of M7 paved the way for the creation of the OG Group in early 2023 and our investment partnership structure to continue to expand.
He is very proud of the OG team, who manage a wide range of projects from 35 houses to new settlements, whilst navigating the complex and unforgiving world of planning. He is passionate about the projects we take on and creating bespoke solutions to deliver results.
Matt is a family man with roots in London, Hampshire and Bristol. Outside of work he is kept very busy with his 4 children and the family bulldog called Biscuit.
